MIWG members meet on the second Wednesday of each month (except for July and August) at 7:00 pm in the VIU Trades Discovery Centre, which is located in Building 108 on the Vancouver Island University campus in Nanaimo (451 Wakesiah Avenue). View our MIWG Monthly Meetings webpage for complete details on the meeting location and how to get there and where to park.

These monthly Guild meetings are being run as “Hybrid Meetings”, which means that you can either attend the meeting in-person, or you can attend the meeting virtually using Zoom. The meetings are also recorded and the videos are available for viewing offline on our YouTube account. Hybrid Meetings are a great concept that allows people who are unable to attend the meeting in-person to still “attend” virtually using Zoom and/or to view the video recording of the meeting at a later date. Guests are always welcome to attend our Monthly Guild Meetings.
