I have been fortunate enough to procure a beautiful wooden chair that needs a minor repair that I think I can perform.  The problem I'm having is identifying the material needed for the repair.  I believe it is called seatboard and it is made of 3/8" laminate.  I would love to use the proper material for this repair so I'm reaching out to see if anyone can educate me more on chair anatomy and resources.
